Ingredients required to prepare No sugar Muesli Bars are :
Muesli – we have used fruit and nut muesli
Sunflower seeds
Cashew
Almonds
Mixed seeds
Jaggery
Unsalted butter

How to make muesli

In a large pan over low to medium heat, toast the mixed seeds, sunflower seeds, dry fruits stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Be careful not to burn the mixture. Set aside to cool.

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the butter and jaggery.
Stir constantly for 3 to 4 minutes or until jaggery has dissolved.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, without stirring, for 5 minutes.

Add Muesli, dry fruits and seeds mixture to pan and stir well until combined.

Grease with butter in a square baking pan and place the butter paper.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan.Allow to cool for 30 minutes Cut the muesli mixture into pieces.
These muesli bars can be stored in a airtight container for up to 7 to 10 days.
Muesli bars are a perfect snack to keep you away from junk snacks.
