Sour buttermilk – 1 1/2 cup to 1 3/4 cup
Finely chopped onion. – 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum – 1 to 2 tbsp
Grated carrot – 1 to 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Chopped green chili – 1
Few curry leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil to roast uttapam
