Idiyappam recipe is a traditional food consisting of rice flour, pressed into noodle form and then steamed. Idiyappam can also be called as an Indian rice noodles that too without more oil. Its just steamed like idli. This is called as idiyappam or sevai in Tamilnadu, nool puttu in Karnataka or noolappam in Kerala and string hoppers in Sri Lanka. This idiyappam with rice flour is easily digestible and can be given to elders, sick people and even infants after 6 months.

Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Hot water as required
Scrapped Coconut as per taste
Brown sugar as per taste

➡️SOTHI | VEGETABLE STEW INGREDIENTS:

Moong dal 1 cup
Salt as required
Chopped onions 1
Chopped carrot 1
Drumstick 1
Potato 1
Beans 5
Thin coconut milk 1 cup
Thick coconut milk 1 cup
Lemon 1/2
Oil

▪️For grinding:
Oil
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic 5 to 6
Green chilli 2 to 3
Ginger a small piece
