Hello once again, this is Dan from Primal4Life, bringing you yet another tasty treat. A low carb “Grilled apple and almond butter sandwich”. I’m not sure what sparked this idea, but I thought it might have a good outcome…. We shall see! Using Julian Bakery’s Coconut Paleo Bread, locally sourced apples, fresh ground almond butter, and a little cinnamon, this one can’t go wrong!
As most of my sandwiches start off, I use the toaster oven. Once the toast is defrosted, I transfer it to a large pan that has been coated with coconut oil. I will brown the bread some more to give it some color, and extra flavor of course! Meanwhile, I have cinnamon sprinkled apple slices doing the exact same. Once the bread and apples appear to be cooked to my liking, I will remove the Paleo Bread and slather on some almond butter. Then, carefully remove the apples, and place in the almond butter coated slices. Tada!!!!!! Very simple, healthy, and tasty too!

So far my track record has been really good, I’ve been throwing ingredients together and they somehow taste delicious. This is no exception!! The bread was infused with coconut and cinnamon, the apples were had such a sweet aroma and were very soft, and the almond butter completed the meal. As stated before, healthy, tasty, and simple! Julian Bakery’s Paleo Bread allows you to use simple ingredients that even a caveman used, with breads that a caveman would have used!!!
