Today I’d like to show you how to make healthy vegan buckwheat-quinoa bread. The recipe is gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free and sugar-free.

Here is the recipe:

-Buckwheat (soaked for 4 hours at least)- dry weight 250g
-Quinoa (soaked for 4 hours at least)- dry weight- 200g
-Chia seeds- 40g
-Water- 200g
-Oil- 4tbsp
-Baking soda- 1tsp
-Apple cider vinegar- 1tbsp
-Salt. 1tsp
-Sunflower seeds/sesam seeds to top
