➡️INGREDIENTS FOR OATS SANDWICH:

Thick Curd 1/2 cup
Oats 1/2 cup
Onion 1/4
Carrot 1/4
Tomato 1/2
Cabbage 2 tbsp
Green chili 1
Chopped coriander leaves few
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Pepper 10
Salt as required
Ghee 1 tbsp
Brown bread 4

➡️PREPARATION FOR OATS SANDWICH:

1. Take half a cup of thick curd. ( If you have home made curd filter it, let the excess water drain to get a thick curd ).
2. In a mixing bowl add half cup of oats , few chopped onions, grated carrot, half chopped tomatoes, chopped cabbage, 1 finely chopped green chilli, few chopped coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds and pepper, salt as required and finally add the filtered curd.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Take the required brown bread for making sandwiches.
5. Spread the oats mixture over one bread and close it with another bread. Repeat the same with all the other breads.

➡️HOW TO DO OATS SANDWICH ON SANDWICH MAKER:

1. Apply some ghee on one side of the bread and place the ghee side downwards on the sandwich maker.
2. Then apply ghee on other side and close the sandwich maker.
3. Cook till golden brown. Our tasty and healthy weight lossing breakfast is ready.

➡️HOW TO DO OATS SANDWICH ON TAWA:

1. In a pan add some ghee and place the bread and spread some ghee over the other side of the bread and cook it on low flame.
2. Flip and cook on both sides till golden brown.
