Ingredients
1.Rice flour
2.Moong daal
3.Green chili, ginger paste
4.Salt
5.Kasoori methi
6.Oil
7.Jeera

procedure
Take a bowl add one cup of rice flour, two tablespoon of soaked moong daal, green chilli, ginger paste, kasoori methi, salt as per taste, one tablespoon of oil, mix it properly and make a soft dough of it. Make chapati as shown and and cut it in whichever shape you want.
Heat a pan and fry all the mathri till it’s color changes to golden.
Rice flour mathri is ready to serve:)
