So, in today’s video, I do my best to recreate some healthy cheat meals throughout the day. And for those of you who watch my videos, you’ll know I’m not a fan of even using the word “cheat” to describe food. Instead, I believe you can fit these meals into your diet the vast majority of the time and on the odd occasion you do have a delicious meal that makes you go off track, screw it. This is completely normal, something you shouldn’t feel guilty about and hence, something you shouldn’t refer to as cheating.

So, this video (and hopefully this series) will hopefully give you some inspiration on the tasty, low calorie, high protein meals you can create whilst staying on track with your weight loss goal or whatever goal you have!
