This is really how i eat 4-5times a week, so i really eat more healthy and clean stuff then all the fun and crazy foods. It is really important to find a balance with iifym. You can have a cheatday weekly but keep it clean the other days.

Start my day always with eggs and veggies, after that have my pre-workout. Simple oatmeal bowl with fruit and peanutbutter. My post-workout meal contains normally some kind of meat, potato or rice and for micronutrients any kind of veggies, broccoli brussel sprouts or green beans.

Really simple meals yet soo tasty and good for you.!
