Ingredients:

Cooked jasmine rice – make sure rice is cooled down before mixing
1 bag coconut flakes or shreeded coconut
1 can coconut milk
2 can curry paste
1 onion
1 egg
2 spoonful chicken powder
2 spoonful fish sauce
1 tsp salt

mash together
1 lime leaves, lemongrass, & garlic
