This recipe recreates a dessert classic that is low calorie, a perfect dessert when trying to lose weight or eat healthier.
Traditional cheesecakes are dense, and loaded in fat, sugar, calories. I played around with this recipe to make it lighter, but not compromise on taste.
Recipe: Cranberry Basque Cheesecake
Makes a 6″ cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn starch, 0.25 cup sugar, 8 oz low fat cream cheese, 1.20 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp salt, 3 eggs, 0.25 cup low sugar homemade cranberry sauce (check out my video walkthrough)
