Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you what i eat in a day that are easy healthy meals for 2021. These easy healthy meals are what I eat in a day healthy and what I eat in a day to lose weight. These paleo recipes is what I eat in day realistic and shows a full day of eating. This what i eat in day to stay healthy will show you what i ate today. All of them are gluten free and healthy meals ideas. I also do intermittent fasting and intuitive eating 🙂

Seedy Paleo Breakfast Porridge
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
– 2 tbsp hemp hearts
– 1 tbsp cacao
Salmon cooked 3 minutes per side
roasted veggies 25 mins at 400F
Lemon Tahini Sauce
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic
juice 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp salt
Stuffed Sweet Potato
– 1 sweet potato
– 200g ground meat
– 1/2 onion
seasoning of choice
vegan parm (optional)
bake potato 1hr at 400F until soft. scoop out and add to cooked filling, bake another 15 mins
