Ingredients:

1. 1 cup Plain Oats
2. 1 small onion chopped
3. 1 small tomato chopped
4. 1/4 cup greans peas
5. 1 green chilli chopped
6. 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
7. Salt as per taste
8. 3 cups water

For seasoning:
1. Oregano
2. Chilli flakes
3 black pepper

Method:

1. Heat Oil in a pan
2. Add chopped onions and green chillies. Saute for a minute.
3. Then add chopped tomatoes and green peas. Add salt and Mix well.
4. Cover and cook till vegetables are cooked.
5. Then add oats and cook it with veggies for a minute.
6. Add 3 cups of water and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Sprinkle seasoning i.e. oregano, chilli flakes and pinch of black pepper.
8. Serve hot.
