Healthy Cinnamon Rolls! I love creating healthy-ish alternatives to classic recipes, and these healthy cinnamon rolls are the ultimate upgrade.
Light, fluffy & buttery, these cinnamon rolls are mostly sweetened with erythritol, they have a slightly reduced amount of butter and they are served with the most delicious yogurt glaze 🧨

For the rolls:
2¾ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
¾ cup warm milk
1 medium egg
21g fresh yeast

For the filling:
½ cup erythritol
2 tbsp cinnamon
1½ tbsp butter

For the glaze:
1 cup plain greek yogurt
3 tbs erythritol
Vanilla Extract
