Ingredients:
Green Moong Gram: 1/4 Cup
Onion: 1 Nos
Cucumber: 1 Cup
Tomato: 1 Nos
Green Chillies: 1 Nos
Coriander Leaves: Few
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1/4 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make moong sprouts salad. A very healthy and protein rich breakfast. Moong Sprouts are rich in nutrients, reduces chronic disease, prevents heart stroke, lowers bad cholesterol levels and helps in weight loss. This salad is very easy to make, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of moong gram to a clean cloth. Spread it evenly with your hands. Close like this and sprinkle 1/4 cup of water on it little by little. Let this rest overnight.
3. Next morning lets open and check, the moong gram has sprouted well. Transfer the sprouts to a mixing bowl.
4. To this add 1 onion finely chopped, 1 cup of chopped cucumber, 1 tomato chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped, few coriander leaves chopped, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well and make sure the salt and pepper are well spread.
