I’ve struggled with my weight since middle school. I’m going to start sharing more healthy recipes. I find it super easy to incorporate vegetables in my meals. Which is 1 step in eating better. I don’t believe in cutting out EVERYTHING that is unhealthy. But making better decisions and choosing healthier options. I was so happy when I looked into Bubble after they reached out to me and love everything they stand for.
