So today I tried eating like Greg Doucette & his anabolic kitchen for 24 hours, why? Because not only was the response to the last full day of eating like Greg Doucette great, he has since come out with his new cookbook, the cookbook 2.0 which is supposed to be better than cookbook 1. Therefore, why not try it out & go again for a full anabolic kitchen full day of eating BUT this time from Greg Doucette cookbook 2.0 and give the cookbook 2.0 a review in the meantime

As you know, the Greg Doucette cookbook 2.0 anabolic kitchen is based all around how to make high volume, high protein and low calorie recipes including the Greg doucette anabolic French toast, anabolic icecream, apple goop, skor protein bars and more with the goal being to be able to eat a lot of food but minimal calories to make it super easy to lose fat and get full, something you know I’m a big advocate of which i try to implement into my high volume full day of eating and high volume recipes. So I thought to myself, although I eat high volume on a daily basis, why not substitute my staple high volume meals with the Greg Doucette updated cookbook 2.0 from the anabolic kitchen and give it a review while im at it
Again, I tried to bring back the vlog style to this one with some humour as, as far as challenges go, apart from different foods, this one right down my street and how I love to eat so let me know if you like that twist like my other 24 hours food challenge videos and raw vlogs or if you want me just stick to a super basic stay at home 24 hour food challenges where all I focus on is the food and meals without taking you throughout my day etc. All in all, the anabolic cookbook 2.0 review is self explanatory in the video I hope?
