In this video I am using a bread machine to make Alkaline Electric Spelt Bread using a recipe from Ty’s Conscious Kitchen. This bread contains no yeast and includes ingredients found on Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide.
It was tough to find a bread machine in the stores but we found one at a thrift shop that works fine. If you’re like us and want to bake several loaves of bread yourself, a bread machine is a nice convenience.
