This protein smoothie has 50 grams of protein, and eating enough protein will help you burn fat and stay energized throughout the day! This is such an easy and healthy recipe to make and an on the go meal as well. Hope you enjoy!
Recipe:
– 1 scoop of your protein of choice, I am using 1st Phorm Phormula 1 Whey Protein in Fruit Loops
– 2 scoops of collagen
– 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
– 1/2 cup of frozen mango
– 6 tbs of egg whites
– 1 bunch of spinach
– 1 cup of oat milk
