Today I decided to improve on that recipe and make an egg-free vegan version which turned out to be twice as tasty as the vegetarian version. This bread doesn’t have an eggy flavor and the texture is similar to whole wheat bread, without the wheat. Compare a 70g serve (2 slices) of this keto sandwich bread, which only has less than one gram of net carbs, to regular wheat bread which has approximately 23.8g net carbs in the same size serving.

This vegan keto recipe makes a 937g (2lb) loaf of tasty sandwich bread. Each 70g (2.5oz) serve of bread contains 188 calories, 16.2g fat, 5.6g protein, and 0.7g net carbs.
