———————————–INGREDIENTS——————————————

• Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
• Tofu – 8 Oz or 1 Cup
• Mint – 1/4 Cup
• Ajwain (Carrom seeds) – 1 tsp
• Red Chili – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – As per taste
• Oil – 1 tsp in dough
• Oil – to fry the paratha
———————————–METHOD————————————————

• Take any kind of tofu, mash it properly using fingers like we do it for paneer.
• Add wheat flour, Mint, Ajwain, Red Chili, Coriander Powder, Salt and Oil.
• Knead all the ingredients together to form a dough.
• Take small section of the dough, roll it to form a paratha.
• Lay it on a hot tawa, one top portion is cooked flip it and apply oil.
• After sometime flip it and apply oil on the other side again.
• Enjoy it with Chutney or Tea.
