Sprouted Beans and Sweet Potato Chaat is an excellent snack of Iftaar option for weight loss. Its low in calorie and rich in antioxidants and super delicious.

Ingredients:-
1.5 cups Sprouted Beans of choice
1 large Sweet Potato cubed and boiled
1/2 Red Onion finely chopped
1/2 Tomato finely chopped
Few leaves of Spinach or any Green vegetable
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1-2 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Yogurt
Green spicy chutney
Sweet Imli Chutney
