Ingredients

Almond – 50grams
Pistachios – 50grams
Cashews – 50grams
Raisins – 25 grams
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 2 tsp
Dates – 200 grams

Description

Cut nuts of your wish into pieces. Heat pan add little ghee and fry these nuts for just 2 minutes. Grind dates to paste. Allow fried nuts to cool for sometime.
Then take a compatible mixing bowl transfer dates paste add cardamom powder, a tsp ghee to it.
Then add nuts to this blended paste, knead like chapati dough, hold stiff to make ladoos.
If it’s sticky apply some ghee in palms and start making balls of nut ladoos.
We can store this for a month. Very healthy recipe for all of us.
