Tomato Soup

Ingredients :
1 Small Bunch – Corainder Stem
5 no – Big Tomato Chopped or Slice
1 no – Onion Slice
1 inch – Ginger Chopped
1/2 no – Beetroot Chopped
1 no – Small Carrot
10-12 no – Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp – Wheat Atta
500 ml – Water

Method :
Take a Pressure Cooker and add
1 tsp – Oil
1 tbsp – Butter
12-15 no – Black Pepper Whole
2 no – Bay Leaves
10-12 no – Chopped Garlic
Saute Little bit and Add
1/2 inch – Ginger Grated
Again Saute very well and add
1 no – Slice Onion
Cook in High Flame till light Golden then add
2 tbsp – Wheat Atta
Saute till Light Golden and then add
1 no – Carrot Slice
1/2 no – Beetroot Slice or Chopped
mix very well and add
5 no – Tomato Chopped
Salt to taste
cook for Some time approx 5 min and then add
Corainder Stem Bunch or Chopped Corainder Stem
and Mix everything and add
500 ml – Water
Mix it and Give 3 Whistle
Remove Corainder Stem Bunch and Bay Leaves and Blend with Blender and Strian the Soup

Take a Same Pressure Cooker add above Soup then add
3 tsp – Sugar
4 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
Cook and Boil for 7-8min and then lastly add
6-7 Drops – Capsico Sauce
Mix everything and Serve with Bread Crutons
