Chicken Keema Tikki
Ingredients
* Chicken mince – 300g
* Onion (small) – 1/2 chopped finely
* Green chillies – 3-4 chopped finely or to taste
* Ginger/garlic paste – 1tsp
* Gram flour -1tbsp
* Salt – 1tsp or to taste
* Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
* Crushed red chilli – 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder – 1 tsp
* Cumin powder – 1 tsp
* Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
* Oil – 1 tsp for frying
Method
1. Put mince in a bowl and add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, gram flour and all spices.
2. Knead well.
3. Put in fridge for 2-3hours.
4. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and make small tikkis.
5. Cook for 5 min then flip and cook 5 min on other side.
6. Serve with salad.
