Hi friends, to I am her with another healthy breakfast ideas, it is weight loss roti/paratha recipe. This recipe is made from oats and lots of vegetables, completely gluten free and soya free recipe it is. It is known as oats paratha also. This weight loss roti/Paratha is very healthy, tasty and easy to prepare. You can easily add it in your weight loss diet plan during breakfast or dinner time. If you are having regular roti, instead of it friends try this weight loss roti/Paratha you will love it. And in single roti will get only 91 calories. Even this healthy breakfast recipe everyone can have it. You can give it to kids also, they will also like it.

Oats Paratha
Srving-6 paratha
Ingredient
1-Oats-100g
2-Green peas-50g
3-Green chili-2
4-Ginger-3g
5-Garlic-3g
6-Mint leaves-3g
7-Onion-40g
8-Curd-30g(2 spoons)
9-Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
10-Turmeric-1/4 tsp
11-Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
12-Asafetida(hing)-2 pinches
13-Ghee-10g
14-Salt-as per taste
Cooking process
1-Take 1 cup rolled oats, grind it. Keep it aside
2-peel green peas and wash it.
3-Washa and chop green chilli, onion, mint leaves, ginger and garlic.
4-Take a steel pan, add 1 tsp oil, little cumin seeds, and asafetida.
5-Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic, green chili, and green peas.
6-Fry it for 3-4 min, then switch off the flame, add mint leaves cook for another 2 min.
7-Once it cools down, adds it to a mixer jar, adds salt, turmeric, and coriander powder.
8-Grind it as fine paste.
9-Take a bowl, add ground oats, green peas masala paste, a little salt, 2 spoons of curd.
10-Mix well no need to add water.
11-Keep it aside for 15 min.
12-Distribute the dough into 6 balls.
13-Roll it and roast it on Tawa.
14-Add a few drops of ghee on top of the roti.

Over healthy oats paratha or weight loss roti is ready.
We can have 2 oats paratha with 100g curd during breakfast time easily.
