Ingredients:
Coconut oil
musturds
jeera
chana dal
urad dal
peanuts
cashews
ginger
chillies
green chillies
curry leaves
onions
oats
lemon juice
turmeric
salt
Procedure
Take a bowl add 1 cup oats to it
ad water and soak it exactly 3 mts( please use cold water )
strain the water and keep aside
now take a pan add coconut oil
add all tadka ingredients along with peanuts and cashews
saute for 2 mts
add curry leaves ,chillies,ginger pieces to it.
saute until golden yellow color
add chopped onion to it
saute until translucent..then add soaked oats to it..saute for 1 to 2 minutes..transfer to bowl..enjoy your weightloss breakfast in less than 10 minutes with OATS
