1 TBS Oil for frying paste
1 Can Lite Coconut Milk
1 Box “So Delicious” Coconut Milk
3/4C Water
Blend w/
2 TBS Fish Sauce
1 TBS Sugar
Salt to taste
Lime Juice (if needed)
Xanthan Gum (TINY BIT)

Veg:
100g King Oyster Mushrooms (0.5tsp oil)
200g Snow Peas

Garnish:
10g Crushed Peanuts
Cilantro
