So, today’s video is the second episode of my full day of eating healthy cheat meals series and I’m going to argue that the recipes are even better than the first. So, we have 3 low calorie, high protein “cheat meals” and they range from a McDonalds inspired Big Mac salad with some easy homemade low calorie Big Mac sauce to a delicious high protein pizza chicken dish to low calorie peanut butter cups. The peanut butter cups recipe is simple, the outcome is delicious and the macros of calorie and protein content of each cup are so much more favourable than the likes of a protein bar.
