Ingredients:
½ cup soaked moong dal
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped tomato
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 chopped green chilli
1tsp garam masala
¼ tsp chat masala
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup low fat paneer
Multigrain bread

Method:
1. Grind the soaked moong dal coarsely.
2. Transfer it to a bowl.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Top the multigrain bread with the moong dal mix
5. Toast the bread on both sides.
