Carrot – 2 medium sized finely grated
Whole wheat flour/Atta – 2 cups
Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
Pudina/Mint leaves – 1/4 Cup finely chopped
Kothamalli/Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup finely grated
Omam/Ajwain/Carrom seeds – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Jeera/cumin seeds powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tbsp
Aamchur/Dry mango powder – 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1/4 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1/2 tbsp
