Popeye Salad (Excellent For Weight Loss)

Learn how to make this healthy Popeye Salad.

A handful of walnuts
A handful of fresh mushrooms

Grated Gouda cheese to top the salad

1 Tbsp. Pumpkin oil
Salt & pepper to taste
