Popeye Salad (Excellent For Weight Loss)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Tbsp. cranberries
A handful of walnuts
A handful of fresh mushrooms
Grated Gouda cheese to top the salad
Cook a boneless skinless chicken breast in the oven grill
And season it to your taste.

1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin oil
Salt & pepper to taste
