Ingredients Needed :-

Served for 2 people
Cooking + Preparation Time : 10 Minutes

1: Makhana – 100 gm – 1-1/2 cup
2: Curd – 1 cup
3: Cucumber – 1 small finely chopped
4: Tomato – 1 small finely chopped
5: Green Chilly – 1 finely chopped
6: Roasted Jeera and Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
7: Roasted Jeera – 1 teaspoon
8: Salt – As per taste
9: Roasted Peanuts – 1 Handful
10: Mint leaves – 1 Handful chopped
11: Coriander leaves – 1 Handful chopped
12: Pomogranate – For Garnish

Cooking Process :-

– Dry roast Phool Makhana in a Claypot kadhai.
– After dry roasting Makhana add 1 cup curd, 1 small cucumber, 1 small tomato, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilly to it.
– Mix it well if Makhana soaks the curd then add some more curd to it.
– Add Roasted Peanuts, Roasted Jeera, Roasted Jeera and Red chilli powder and Salt to it.
– Mix it well.
– Garnish with some Pomogranate

– Now our dish is ready to be served. ☺️
