Oats Omelette recipe, This recipe is a quick , easy and perfect healthy filling breakfast which can be made in just under 10 minutes. You can use any seasonal vegetables of your choice in this recipe.

Ingredients

Oats – 1/4 cup or 3 tsp
Milk – 3 tbsp
Egg – 2 nos
Chopped Onion – 1
Chopped Green Chili – 1
Chopped Carrot -1/2
chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves
Salt
Pepper

Method

1. Soak some oats with some milk and let it sit
2. In a bowl, add eggs and add some chopped onions, green chilies, carrots, tomatoes, coriander leaves ,the soaked oats,pepper and salt
4. Whisk everything together
5. Heat a pan with some oil and pour in the omelette mixture
6. After the omelette is cooked on one side, flip it to the other side and cook evenly on both sides

Serve the “HOT Omelette” with your loved ones!
