Description of the meals are below:

Meal 1 – Turkey Bacon Wraps
Ingredients – 2-4 ounces of deli turkey, bacon (turkey or pork), 1/2 avocado, red onions, red peppers, spinach, dijon mustard or mayo

Meal 2 – Mango Salsa Salmon and Rice
Ingredients – 5 ounces of salmon, diced mango, diced bell peppers, diced red onion, cilantro, lime juice, white rice

Meal 3 – Chicken and Potato Fiesta Bowl
Ingredients – 4 ounces of chicken breast, 1 Idaho potato, 1/3 cup of corn, 1/3 cup of black beans, 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp of salsa, 1 tbsp of plain greek yogurt or sour cream.
