Ingredients : Serves – 2 persons
1 Cup Thick Poha (Beaten Rice)
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Tablespoons Mint leaves
4-5 Curry Leaves
1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli
1/4 Cup Grated Coconut
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Med. Onion
4-5 Cashew nuts
1/2 Tbsp Peanuts
1 Tsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Grated Coconut
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Lunch : Rajma chawal
Jeera rice Ingredients
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
2 green chilli
1 cups basmati rice, soaked for 20 minutes
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon ghee
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Rajma masala Ingredients:
• Rajma (red kidney beans) 1 cup (soaked over night)
• Water as required
• Salt 1 tsp
• Onions 1 cup (finely chopped)
• Green chilli 2
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Ghee 1 tbsp
• Cumin (jeera) 1/2 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
• Tomato puree 2 cups
• Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Cumin (jeera) powder 1/4 tsp
• Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala 3/4 tsp
• Kasuri methi 1 tsp
• Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Snacks : Baby corn 65
Ingredients:
Babycorn – 10
all purpose flour/ maida- 2 tbsp
cornflour – 1tbsp
rice flour – 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp
garam masala – 1 tsp
curry leaves – 1 tsp
coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
lemon juice – 2 tsp
salt – 1/2 tsp
oil – for deep fry
Dinner : Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients
200 grams – Paneer (grated)
2 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 big Onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
3/4 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
1/4 cup Capsicum, chopped
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
