In today’s video my husband is baking healthy Oats Banana Loaf which is very easy to prepare and tastes super yummy
do try in ur kitchen.
To make this bread use ripe bananas , they are naturally sweet and great for baking.
OATMEAL BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
For dry mixture:
Oats flour (200 gm)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar (can be replaced with honey)
Wet mix:
2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
1 ts vanilla essence
Recipe:
1. In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and mix
2. In separate bowl mash the bananas and add all the wet ingredients and incorporate it.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients, combine them
4. Pour the mix in a greased loaf mould
5. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
6. Bake it for 50-60 minutes
7. Let it cool for 20 mins and enjoy
