Ingredients:
Raw rice – 2 cup
Horase gram – 1/2 cup
Methi/fenugreek seed – 1tsp
Thick poha/rice flakes – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
Ghee/Oil for roasting & greasing pan
Water as required
