Ingredients:

Bread slices – 5
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup chopped
Carrot – 1/4 cup chopped
Capsicum – 1/4 cup chopped
Tomato – 1/4 cup chopped
Coriander leaves – 2tbsp chopped
Green chilli – 1tsp paste
Ginger – 1tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Chilli flakes – 1tsp
Jeera(cumin) powder – 1tsp
Garam masala – 1/2tsp
Sesame seed(ellu/til) – 2tsp
Water -1/2 cup( or as needed)
Oil for roasting – 2-3 tsp
Banana leaves or butter paper or wet cloth for patting
