What I eat in a day to get back on track!! I decided to start loosely counting macros because I needed to mix it up & I think logging my food has been really helping!

1 tbs. hazelnut coffee creamer
3 red potatoes cubed
2 eggs
cheese
pico de gallo

Lunch:
2 slices Ezekiel bread
3 oz deli meat
handful of spinach
1/4 avocado
1 tbs. feta
(40.6g carbs, 10.6g fat, 27g protein)
Snacks:
Honey almond milk cold brew
1 scoop vegan vanilla shakeology
8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbs. peanut butter
half a banana
(46.5g carbs, 14.2g fat, 21.1g protein)
Dinner (serves 4):
1 lb. ground beef
6 mama Lupe’s low carb tortillas
1/4 cup cheese
1/2 cup salsa
(19.8g carbs, 23.8g fat, 34.8g protein)
