Ingredients
* Chicken Mince – 300g
* Spinach – 300g
* Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
* Cinnamon Stick- 1 small
* Black Cardamom – 1
* Onion – 1 small
* Oil- 1 tbsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
* Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
* Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
* Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
* Salt – 1tsp or to taste
* Tomatoes – 1 small
* Ginger/Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
* Green Chillies – 1-2
* Kasoori Methi – – tbsp
Method
1. Add oil in a pan when it get warm add cinnamon stick, black cardamom and cumin seeds. Fry for 1 min.
2. Add onions and fry til translucent.
3. Add ginger/garlic paste and mix.
4. Add tomatoes and mix.
5. Add all spices except garam masala. Mix and add a splash of water. Cover for 2-3 min til tomatoes soften.
6. Add chicken mince and cook til colour changes to white.
7. Add spinach and kasoori methi and mix. Cook for 4-5 min on medium flame.
8. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook for 20-25min.
9. Add green chillies and garam masala. Cover for 5min.
10. Serve.
