Who doesn’t need some homemade garlic bread in their life? It’s fairly simple to make, yet oh so amazing. Obviously, garlic bread has had some serious clout since it’s invention… okay maybe not (it stems from bruschetta), but you get the point. Garlic and butter already go well together so when we combine those ingredients with bread, we’re creating three simply and utterly delicious types of garlic bread.

Ingredients you’ll need:
Low Effort Garlic Bread –
– 1 Baguette or loaf of bread
– Softened butter
– 1 garlic clove, halved
– Flaky Salt
Traditional Garlic Bread –
– 1 cup (220 g) unsalted butter, softened
– 4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
– 1 large ciabatta loaf
Garlic Confit Bread –
– 1 cup (220 g) unsalted butter
– 10 garlic cloves, peeled
– 3-4 prosciutto slices
– Oil
– 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
– 3 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
– 2 black garlic cloves, finely chopped
– 1/2 Tbsp Sichuan chili flakes
– Zest 1 lemon
– 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
– 2 Tbsp olive oil
– Salt
– Black pepper
– 1 Sourdough loaf
