HEALTHY Homemade WHOLE WHEAT Dinner Rolls

This homemade healthy whole wheat bread bakes soft and delicious. For best results, follow this recipe and video tutorial closely. The delicate texture can only be achieved with particular ingredients and careful mixing methods.

【Ingredient List】

Pre-ferment (Sponge):
Bread Flour (All Purpose is NOT recommended)140g
Warm Milk 105g (Can be substituted with 100g of water)
Instant 4g/1 Tsp

Whole Wheat Dough:
Whole Wheat Flour 200g
Cold Water/Ice Cold Water 170g

The Final Dough:
The pre-fermen t(sponge)
The wholewheat dough
Sugar 30g (Can be substituted with honey, molasses, or maple syrup, you may use more or less sugar here)
Softened unsalted Butter 30g
Salt 3g(½Tsp)

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes. Every over is different so watch closely at 20 minutes mark
