This delicious Oats Paneer Upma is Easy to make, Healthy, High in protein, made in Zero Oil and is perfect breakfast Recipe if you are trying to get healthy or lose weight. It’s also high in fibre hence will keep you full for long. You can add vegetables of your choice to make it more nutritious and high in vitamins and minerals. To make this recipe you can use any variety of oats like quick/instant oats, rolled oats or even Steel cut Oats. The upma made with rolled oats (old fashioned oats) or steel cuts oats will have more texture and chewiness than the one made with quick-cooking oats.

Oats paneer upma can be served plain, drizzled with some lime or lemon juice or also served with a side of coconut chutney.
