RECIPES:
Lamington:
10 medjool dates
2 ½ cups Shredded Coconut
3 level TBSPs Cacao/cocoa
2 TBSPs Coconut Oil, melted
1 Tsp Vanilla Bean paste
Apple Pie:
8 medjool dates
1 â…” cups walnuts
2 cups dried apple (approx 110g)
4 TBSPs Coconut Oil, melted
1 TBSP Cinnamon
