The BBQ Bacon Ranch chicken can easily be made into a low-carb dish by using sugar-free barbecue sauce. The apples are a healthy and delicious dessert option. And, the Chicken Parmesan – Oh my gosh! This is by far one of the best crockpot recipes I’ve ever made. It’s so much healthier than fried chicken parmesan, but has just as much flavor! All of these recipes are quick to prepare and are affordable and budget friendly!

BBQ Bacon Ranch Chicken:
*I added cheddar cheese to the top
Crockpot Baked Applies:
Easy Chicken Parmesan
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
24 oz pasta/marinara sauce
1-1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
1 bag of croutons (I used garlic & cheese)
Put chicken in crockpot. Top chicken with pasta sauce. Cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked through. Top with cheese. Using your fist, break up the croutons while they’re in the bag. Add croutons to crockpot (don’t stir). Cook on high 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted. (This recipe would also be great if you added some basil!)
