Avocado Parantha Recipe:
Ingredients:
Avocado – 1 ripped (Large size preferable)
Chopped Green Chili – 2 pc
Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves
Chopped Curry Leaves
Freshly chopped Garlic – 1pc
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 3 tbl spn
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powered – 1/2 tsp
Desi Ghee (or Melted Butter) – 1/2 cup
Instruction:
Step 1:Peel the Avocado and mash it to the smooth paste with the help of a fork or a potato masher
Step 2: Mix Chopped Coriander Leaves, Mint leaves, curry leaves, chopped green chili, freshly grated garlic, salt, Garam masala, chat masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder and lemon Juice. Mix it well
Step 3: Add wheat flour, melted ghee and knead it to a soft dough. You can add more lemon juice to avoid adding water
Step 4: Cover the dough for 15 mins and then just go for a quick knead
Step 5: Heat up the Pan and place the parantha on the hot pan.
Step 6: Make sure it does not stick to the pan. Cook it with Ghee or Oil
Step 7: Press it gently in between to make it little crisp
Step 8: Serve hot with Butter/Yogurt/Pickle/Green Chutney
