Ingredients:
2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 Cup rava/sooji (Semolina)
1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
1 teaspoon black/red pepper or to taste
Salt to taste
2 – 3 tablespoon cooking oil for pan frying
Air Fryer
Air fryer these tikkis for 12-15 minutes at 360f. Till you get golden brown color on both sides.
