When I crave for bread, this is my go-to. It can be easily stored for at least 2 weeks and frozen for months. I’ve tried almond flour for my bread and it always ends up too dry and too “almond-ish” in its taste, perhaps I have not gotten a hang of it. But here’s a better recipe;
Ingredients:
DRY
Coconut flour = 45g
Golden Flaxseed (ensure it is as fine as possible, I blended mine) = 45g
Psyllium Husk = 10g (also the same, need to be blended to be as fine as possible)
Baking powder = 10g
Salt = 1/4 tsp
WET
Apple cider vinegar = 20g
Egg = 2 whole eggs
Warm water = 120ml
Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients and mix, knead the dough for a while. Bake at 180 Celsius for about 50 minutes.
