Ingredients:-
White Radish (मूली) – 1 cup grated
Radish leaves (मूली के पत्ते) – 2 cup
Fresh Coriander (धनिया) – Little
Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) – 2
Ginger (अदरक) – ½ inch
Gram flour (बेसन) – ¼ cup
Rice Flour (चावल का आटा) – ¼ cup
Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) – 1 ¼ cup
Semolina (रवा) – 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds (तिल) – 2 tsp
Asafoetida (हींग) – ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) – ¾ tbsp
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ tbsp
Salt as per taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) – half lemon
Oil (तेल) – 3 tbsp
For Tempering:
Oil (तेल) – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज) – 1 tsp
Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) – 2 (slit)
Note – The steamed muthiya can be stored in a fridge for 3 to 4 days for later use
